Fun fact, our premier Engineering Consulting Firm provided Material Testing and Engineer of Record services for the residential Queen Creek subdivision!
This project included demolition, mass grading, utility installation and pavement for more than 8 miles of new roadway which required coordination between @CityofMesa, @TownofQueenCreek and @MaricopaCountyDepartmentofTransportation.

The result? A collection of stunning single-family homes in a gorgeous community with every convenience nearby!

Meet Ty Lopez.

Ty works directly with the City of Phoenix as a Material Coordinator. He manages the WSD Water Main Replacement Program and has been an Alta Southwest employee since January 2018.

In Ty’s free time he enjoys playing professional Cornhole and has won multiple tournaments.
