Alta SouthwestBoundary Surveys
Boundary Surveying relates to the determination of property corners and lines of a parcel of land described in a deed. A boundary survey will also indicate the extent of any easements or encroachments and may show the limitations presented by a governing entity.
An individual may need to know where the property lines exist for purposes of building a fence or a wall around their property. Also, it may be necessary to locate property lines for purposes of a legal dispute with a neighbor.
Alta Land Survey personnel will research all of the recorded documents, maps, records of survey, final plats, deeds, adjacent deeds, etc. and then physically survey the existing property corner evidence to determine where property corners/lines are. After the field portion of the survey is completed, a map will be prepared showing the property lines and dimensions, fences, encroachments, etc. .
